Victor de Almeida.\u00a02013<br \/>\n\u2014<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/fbaul-dcnm.pt\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/ULFBA_TES612.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">DISSERTA\u00c7\u00c3O [PT]<\/a><br \/>\n\u2014<br \/>\n<strong>RESUMO<\/strong><br \/>\nO trabalho desenvolvido no \u00e2mbito do design de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9, n\u00e3o raras vezes, o resultado de negocia\u00e7\u00f5es entre os designers e os seus interlocutores, ainda que essa rela\u00e7\u00e3o de interdepend\u00eancia n\u00e3o seja conscientemente estabelecida, pelas partes envolvidas. Nesta investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, a negocia\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 abordada enquanto parte estruturante do processo de colabora\u00e7\u00e3o entre designer e curador, aquando do design de um cat\u00e1logo de exposi\u00e7\u00e3o de arte, e iremos tamb\u00e9m analisar os v\u00e1rios n\u00edveis \u2013 conceptual, processual e relacional \u2013 em que ela se realiza, para que fiquem claros os diferentes crit\u00e9rios a observar em cada caso. O objectivo ser\u00e1 mapear a intera\u00e7\u00e3o para se compreender: como esta se estrutura; quais s\u00e3o as bases de negocia\u00e7\u00e3o de cada interlocutor; qual \u00e9 o seu campo de a\u00e7\u00e3o; quais s\u00e3o os seus limites de ced\u00eancia; que influ\u00eancia t\u00eam outros agentes na tomada de decis\u00f5es e na modela\u00e7\u00e3o do acordo. Para o efeito, ser\u00e1 apresentada a an\u00e1lise de 3 estudos de caso, cada um baseado na rela\u00e7\u00e3o designer\/curador, dentro de cada cat\u00e1logo de exposi\u00e7\u00e3o de arte escolhido. No cap\u00edtulo dos anexos, podem ser lidas, na \u00edntegra, as entrevistas a cada par designer\/curador. As notas conclusivas evidenciar\u00e3o a exist\u00eancia da negocia\u00e7\u00e3o, nos 3 processos de trabalho e dar\u00e3o conta da percep\u00e7\u00e3o que os v\u00e1rios relatores t\u00eam acerca da negocia\u00e7\u00e3o, do pr\u00f3prio papel e do papel dos seus interlocutores. O contexto espec\u00edfico em que estes atores se movem \u2013 o mundo da arte \u2013 ajudar\u00e1 \u00e0 leitura dos dados recolhidos.<br \/>\n<strong>Palavras-chave:<\/strong> Negocia\u00e7\u00e3o, Colabora\u00e7\u00e3o, Design de Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o, Curador, Cat\u00e1logo<br \/>\n\u2014<br \/>\n<strong>ABSTRACT<\/strong><br \/>\nThe work developed within the communication design discipline is, often, the result of negotiations between designers and their counterparts, even if that interdependence is not consciously established, by the parties involved. In this investigation, the negotiation will be addressed as a structuring part of the collaboration process, between designer and curator, during the design of an art exhibition catalogue. In it, we will also examine the various levels \u2013 conceptual, procedural and relational \u2013 in which the negotiation takes place, in order to observe the different criteria for each case. The main goals will be: to map the interaction, so that we can understand how it is structured; analyze on what grounds each agent negotiates; define the sphere of action of each party; define their limits when it comes to giving up their ideas; list the other agents who influence the decision making and who help to shape the agreement. To this end, we will present three case studies, each one based on the designer\/curator relationship within each art exhibition catalogue chosen. In the appendix, the interviews with each designer\/curator pair, are fully available. The concluding remarks will emphasize the existence of negotiation in all 3 design processes and will show the perception that the various rapporteurs have on: the negotiation; on their own role; on the role of their counterparts.
