Tratamos especificamente a necessidade de comunicar o dispositivo nacional <em>Rede Social<\/em>. A divulga\u00e7\u00e3o deste dispositivo carece de reconfigura\u00e7\u00e3o no que se refere \u00e0 pertin\u00eancia dos conte\u00fados e \u00e0 respectiva adequa\u00e7\u00e3o ao utilizador. A <em>Rede Social<\/em> necessita ainda de envolver a comunidade na sua ac\u00e7\u00e3o para garantir a sustentabilidade do apoio que viabiliza.<br \/>\nNa sequ\u00eancia do reconhecimento das necessidades supramencionadas, desenvolvemos um projecto pr\u00e1tico em parceria com as institui\u00e7\u00f5es de ac\u00e7\u00e3o social da freguesia de Fern\u00e3o Ferro, no concelho do Seixal. A nossa proposta traduziu-se na consolida\u00e7\u00e3o de uma rede local de dinamiza\u00e7\u00e3o sociocultural, que se constitui enquanto zona propiciadora de contacto e de colabora\u00e7\u00e3o entre as institui\u00e7\u00f5es locais e a comunidade.<br \/>\nA metodologia de trabalho seguida foi colaborativa e o processo implicou actores multidisciplinares. O designer contribuiu enquanto mediador das diferentes partes envolvidas, bem como na constru\u00e7\u00e3o das interfaces que possibilitam o encontro entre a <em>Rede Social<\/em> e a comunidade.<br \/>\n<strong>Palavras-chave:<\/strong> <em>Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o, Rede Social, Lugar, Comunidade, Participa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/em><br \/>\n_<br \/>\n<strong>ABSTRACT<\/strong><br \/>\nThis dissertation reflects on the potential of design as a contribution to social development and cohesion. We specifically treat the need to communicate the national <em>Social Network<\/em> program. The disclosure of this program lacks reconfiguration regarding the relevance of the content and their adequacy to the user. The <em>Social Network<\/em> also needs to involve the community in its action to ensure the sustainability of the support that enables its implementation.<br \/>\nFollowing the recognition of the above requirements, we developed a practical project in partnership with the social work institutions in the parish council of Fern\u00e3o Ferro, in Seixal. Our proposal resulted in the consolidation of a network of local socio-cultural dynamics, which constitutes itself as a propitiating zone of contact and collaboration between the local institutions and the community.<br \/>\nThe followed working methodology was collaborative and the process brought together multidisciplinary actors.
