Reading as Writing pretende evidenciar a leitura como acto criativo ao propor uma ferramenta de registo e comunica\u00e7\u00e3o deste processo.<br \/>\nPartindo da leitura em ecr\u00e3 de textos de Jay David Bolter, Michel de Certeau e Roland Barthes (enquanto fundamenta\u00e7\u00e3o conceptual deste projecto) e tendo por base a forma como o cursor percorre o texto, a leitura \u00e9 simulada e os movimentos e pausas da interface s\u00e3o analisados para, segundo regras pr\u00e9-estabelecidas, se definirem novas configura\u00e7\u00f5es para o texto lido.<br \/>\nA estrutura espacial do texto criado transmite a sequ\u00eancia temporal do processo de leitura do texto original.
